Guidance for HSEPB Alumni

Introduction

Learners who have successfully completed an HSE Professional Board (HSEPB) Diploma-level qualification, or a higher award, are invited to join the exclusive HSEPB Alumni community.

Membership is free of charge, but you must register to join, as the sign-up process is not automatic upon qualification completion.

How to Join the HSEPB Alumni

Option 1: If you received an invitation email

If you have recently qualified and received an email invitation to join, you will be able to register automatically by following the link provided in the email. You will typically need your:

  • HSEPB Learner Identification Number (LID) (without any leading zeros)
  • The email address registered during your studies.


Option 2: If you have not received an invitation

If you hold an eligible HSEPB qualification but have not received an invitation—perhaps because your email address has changed since you completed your studies—we can arrange your registration.

Please email the Alumni team at alumni@hsepb.org supplying the following information so we can verify your eligibility and register you:

  • Your Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • HSEPB Learner Identification Number (LID)
  • The HSEPB qualification(s) you hold

If you have already completed the Alumni registration process, please visit the HSEPB Alumni Portal to log in and start maximizing the benefits of your membership.

Eligible Qualifications

Any learner who has successfully completed one of the following HSEPB qualifications (or their international equivalents) is eligible to be part of the Alumni:

  • HSEPB Level 6 Professional Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management
  • HSEPB Level 6 Professional Diploma in Environmental Management
  • HSEPB Master of Science (MSc) in Health, Safety, and Environment
  • HSEPB Master of Research (MRes) in Occupational Risk
  • Any other HSEPB qualification designated as ‘Diploma-level or above
